This badly damaged E-Type Jaguar was brought to us after numerous bodyshops said it could not be repaired. We accessed the damage and set about realignment and repairing the complete nose cone.
Our 1st task was to take profiles from the opposite side to insure we could recreate a mirror image. Using jigs we successfully realigned the front end damage and made ready for metal finishing before going to paint shop. The main crossmember had both corrosion and damage so the best course of action was to replace it with a new panel we fabricated using the old one for template.
